Creative Minds Communication is led by Nina Embra, a communications expert with over 12 years in the industry.

​Creative Minds Leadership is led by Steve Dannan, a senior business leader and executive coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

NINA EMBRA
Founder, Creative Director

I am a communications specialist, with an expertise in creative and strategic messaging. I have a degree in creative writing and years of experience supporting businesses to improve their communication style and delivery. Alongside this I am a qualified graphic designer. These skills enable me to take complex projects or ideas and turn them into simple, yet effective engagement programmes.

Interesting fact: I love creative writing and am starting my first book - hoping to publish later this year!  

STEVE DANNAN
Managing Director, Executive Coach

As a business leader I have an extensive background in programme design and delivery within several organisations. I have operated at board level and understand that complexities of making sensitive / critical business decisions. 

As an Executive Business Coach, I specialise in coaching for high performance and impact, coaching and mentoring for career progression, coaching for work place relationships, team coaching, and group supervision for mentors.

Interesting fact: In my spare time I’m a fitness fanatic and passionate tri-athlete, and can often be found running or cycling in the West Chiltern Hills.
