The team at Creative Minds work very effectively to assimilate the brief, work well within the organisation to collate all information, and produce creative and impactful materials that directly meet requirements. Creative Minds worked with an extensive group of stakeholders and had the often difficult task of communicating various points of view, whether it be technical project updates or end user concerns, in a clear and diplomatic way. I saw how they developed a comms strategy for the programme, implemented it, oversaw its successful adoption - not an easy task with such a diverse global stakeholder group (Debenhams employees working in London, Taunton and Delhi and suppliers working across Europe and Asia). |
